Dominica Citizenship by Investment
Cheapest Citizenship Programme Available. Low investment.
Overview
The Citizenship by Investment program in Dominica offers the lowest investment cost of any of the main citizenship programs. Applicants can make a non refundable donation of $100,000 (or $200,000 for full family) or invest $200,000 in real estate. However application and government fees for a family typically add a further $155,000.
Details
The real estate option was added by the Dominican government in 2015. Such investment needs to be into approved real estate projects. For a single applicant the contribution route is the cheapest. There are government fees to pay under both options.
Children up to the age of 28 can be included if dependent along with parents over age 55. Citizenship is granted for life and there is no need to reside in Dominica. Citizens and passport holders of Dominica have visa free travel to over 95 countries worldwide including access to the European Schengen zone following a deal signed in July 2015.
