St Lucia Citizenship by Investment
New St. Lucia scheme leads to citizenship and second passport
Overview
The Citizenship by Investment program in St. Lucia is one of the newest CBI programs. Launched January 1st 2016 it grants citizenship to applicants and their families investing $300,000 in approved real estate projects. There is also the option to contribute to the Saint Lucia National Economic Fund, an approved enterprise project in St. Lucia or the purchase of government bonds.
Details
Applications are to be limited by the St. Lucian government to just 500 per year. Applicants will need to demonstrate net wealth of USD$3 million in order to be considered. There is no requirement to reside in St. Lucia. Citizens and holders of a St. Lucia passport have visa free access to 121 countries worldwide. This includes the UK and EU Schengen zone.

- Clean criminal record
- Excellent health
- Outstanding character
- High personal net worth ($3 million)
